Ethics too often begins with codes of conduct and policies. Maybe it should begin with a simple statement along the lines of “This is how we do things here.” Written in a way everyone can understand. And provide as context “what this means to me.”
Ethics Training
We have trained students, faculty, business executives and ethics professionals around the world, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. We believe the best learning is interactive and requires participation.
